The assembly is designed as a modular system that allows optimum configuration for every measuring point. The immersion pipe is available in lengths of 600, 1200, 1800, and 2400 mm (23.6, 47.2, 70.9, and 94.5 inches), with stainless steel versions extending up to 3600 mm (141.7 inches). The immersion pipe has an outer diameter of 40 mm (1.57 inches). The assembly forms a perfect team with the Flexdip CYH112 holder for simple sensor isolation, enabling easy removal of sensors from the medium without process interruption.
The CYA112 supports all common analytical parameters including pH/ORP, conductivity, oxygen, turbidity, sludge level, disinfection, UV photometry, and nutrients. The quick fastener enables rapid installation and exchange of Memosens sensors with contactless plug-in head, while twist-free installation prevents cable tangling for fixed-cable sensors. The sensor connection uses a G1″ thread, with other thread options available including NPT ¾”, G ¾”, and Pg13.5. Connection pipe types include straight, 45° angled, and 90° angled configurations.
The assembly is available in two material versions. The stainless steel version uses 1.4404 (316L) for the immersion pipe, connection angle, and welded threads, with process pressure capability up to 6 bar (87 psi). The PVC version is suitable for lengths up to 2400 mm (94.5 inches). Sensor adaption, quick fastener, and multifunctional clamp ring are constructed of POM-GF, with EPDM O-rings for sealing. Process temperature range is 0 to 60°C (32 to 140°F).
Mounting options include fixed installation on a transverse pipe of the CYH112 holder, chain suspension for fluctuating water levels, or free-swinging float mounting using a swing base. For fixed installation, the immersion tube must protrude over the retaining point by at least 100 mm (3.94 inches). A complete measuring system consists of the CYA112 assembly, CYH112 holder, a transmitter such as the Liquiline CM44, and a suitable sensor such as the CUS71D.
