Endress Hauser Immersion assembly Dipfit CPA111 CPA140
The Dipfit CPA111 and CPA140 are immersion assemblies from Endress+Hauser, designed for installing pH/ORP sensors in open and closed tanks, basins, and channels. Each model is tailored to specific application requirements, from standard water and wastewater treatment to demanding chemical processes with aggressive media.
Key Features and Benefits
-
Application-Specific Designs: The CPA111 (Dipfit W) is a plastic immersion assembly for open and closed vessels, suitable for water/wastewater treatment and standard process applications. The CPA140 (Dipfit P) is a flanged immersion assembly for very demanding processes, designed for chemical, petrochemical, life sciences, and power industries.
-
Three Sensor Mounting Positions: Both assemblies provide space for up to three sensors, offering flexibility for multi-parameter measurement configurations.
-
Bayonet Coupling for Easy Maintenance: The bayonet-style sensor mounting enables quick and simple installation and removal of sensors, even in media containing solids, significantly reducing maintenance and recalibration time.
-
Adjustable Immersion Depth: The CPA111 features a sliding flange that allows flexible adjustment of immersion depth to suit various vessel geometries.
-
Robust Construction for Demanding Media: The CPA140 is suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure applications up to 10 bar (145 psi) and 150°C (302°F), with a Goretex filter to reduce condensation.

Endress Hauser Immersion assembly Dipfit CPA111 CPA140
The Dipfit CPA111 and CPA140 are immersion assemblies from Endress+Hauser, designed for the installation of pH/ORP sensors in open and closed tanks, basins, and channels. Both assemblies provide three sensor mounting positions and feature bayonet-style couplings for quick and easy sensor installation and removal.
The Dipfit CPA111 (Dipfit W) is a plastic immersion assembly suitable for open and closed vessels with a DN 100 flange connection. It is designed for water and wastewater treatment, as well as standard process applications. The assembly features a sliding flange that allows flexible adjustment of immersion depth to suit various vessel geometries. Constructed of environmentally friendly polypropylene material, it is compatible with sensors including CLS 21 and CLS 40 conductivity sensors with Pt100 temperature sensors. Optional accessories include spray heads and mounting brackets, and the assembly can be equipped with the Chemoclean electrode cleaning system. All accessories are replaceable without requiring replacement of the assembly itself.
The Dipfit CPA140 (Dipfit P) is a flanged immersion assembly designed for very demanding processes involving aggressive media. It is suitable for chemical industry applications such as synthetic materials and dyes production, pesticides and fertilizers production, oil or wastewater separation, and condensate treatment. It is also used in power stations and incinerator plants for cooling water monitoring and flue gas cleaning, as well as in metal extraction and processing. The assembly handles high-temperature and high-pressure applications up to 10 bar (145 psi) and 150°C (302°F). It features a Goretex filter to reduce condensation and is available with various flange process connections including DIN, ANSI, and JIS standards. The immersion depth ranges from 500 to 2500 mm (20 to 98 inches). The assembly is constructed of PVDF or stainless steel 1.4404 and holds PED certification with Ex protection available.
Both assemblies feature bayonet coupling for convenient sensor installation and removal, with good sealing even in media containing solids. This design significantly reduces maintenance and recalibration time by enabling quick sensor exchange without process interruption.
The Dipfit CPA111 and CPA140 deliver reliable, application-specific sensor mounting for liquid analysis, combining flexible sensor positioning, easy maintenance access, and robust construction for demanding process environments.
