The Memosens CYK10 is the standard measuring cable for all sensors with a Memosens plug-in head in process field applications. It guarantees an absolutely waterproof connection of Memosens sensors to the transmitter. Its inductive coupling shows no contact corrosion and guarantees galvanic isolation of transmitter and medium, ensuring maximum process safety. The cable is applied in Memosens systems measuring parameters including pH/ORP, dissolved oxygen (amperometric), conductive conductivity, and disinfection. Cable lengths of up to approximately 100 m (328 ft) are possible, providing flexibility in plant planning and installation. The cable features a TPE sheath and an aluminum junction box, with a diameter of 6.3 mm (0.25 inch). The process temperature range is –25 to 135 °C (–13 to 277 °F). The CYK10 is available with comprehensive hazardous area approvals including ATEX, IECEx, FM, and CSA, and is also available as a TÜV-approved SIL version for functional safety applications.
The Memosens CYK20 is a flexible laboratory data cable allowing reliable connection of Memosens sensors to the Liquiline Mobile CML18 handheld, Memosens Converter CYM17, and Memobase Plus software. It connects all sensors with a Memosens plug to these devices, suitable for pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, and disinfection parameters. The cable features an inductive plug-head for digital sensors and an M8 or M12 plug to connect to the transmitter. The inductive coupling is insensitive to water and humidity, providing completely safe and reliable signal transmission without contact corrosion or interference potentials.
