The cleaning unit’s core function is the safe integration of actuators into the cleaning program. Retractable assemblies, valves, and pumps are connected to the CYC25 rather than directly to the Liquiline CM44x transmitter via relays. The customer provides a 24 V DC power supply for the actuators and the compressed air supply system. A manual/automatic selector switch serves as a protective stop system, preventing actuators from being activated electrically or pneumatically when in manual mode. This allows safe sensor maintenance while the cleaning program continues running.
The cleaning sequence is configured through the Liquiline CM44x transmitter. One cleaning program is available, which can be used for time-interval control, as a weekly or daily cleaning schedule with up to six runs per day, or as a single event triggered via digital input or bus signal. Safety-related events can be introduced through digital inputs, such as verifying the limit position of the assembly before proceeding to the next step. If the position is not reached within a defined time, the cleaning program is interrupted and the system enters a fail-safe mode.
Up to two Cleanfit Control CYC25 systems can be connected to a single Liquiline CM44x transmitter, with each regulated independently. The system is available with 24 V DC power supply (provided by the customer) or as part of a pre-configured bundle with 115–230 V AC power supply and an integrated junction box.
