Endress Hauser Digital pH sensor Memosens CPS11E CPF81E CPS61E CPS71E CPL51E CPS31E CPL53E CPL57E CPL59E CPS41E CPS91E

The Memosens pH sensor portfolio from Endress+Hauser encompasses a comprehensive range of digital pH sensors, each engineered for specific application requirements across process, water, wastewater, chemical, life sciences, and laboratory environments. All sensors feature Memosens 2.0 technology with inductive, contactless signal transmission, ensuring maximum process integrity by eliminating moisture and corrosion issues.

The CPS11E is the all-rounder for standard process, water, and wastewater applications, featuring a dirt-repellent PTFE ring junction and advanced gel technology. It supports pH measurement with application-specific ranges and process temperatures from –15 to +80°C (Application A) or 0 to +135°C (Application B), with process pressure of 0.8 to 17 bar absolute.

The CPF81E is the robust solution for harsh environments including mining operations, flotation, leaching, and neutralization processes. Its double-chamber reference system with potassium nitrate bridge electrolyte and PTFE diaphragm provides resistance against electrode poisoning ions such as sulfide or cyanide. The sensor features a compact PPS housing with integrated 3/4″ NPT process connection, reducing installation space requirements. Measurement range is pH 0 to 14 with process temperature up to 110°C and process pressure of 0.8 to 11 bar absolute.

The CPS31E is optimized for drinking water and swimming pool applications, providing stable measurement inputs for pH compensation during free chlorine measurement. It features a gel-filled reference with one or three ceramic junctions and optional salt storage, ensuring minimum drift through very low ion depletion. Measurement range is pH 1 to 13 with process temperature from –15 to +80°C and pressure of 0.8 to 4 bar absolute.

The CPS41E is designed for harsh chemical applications and low-conductivity media, featuring liquid KCl electrolyte with ceramic junction. It handles a measurement range of pH 0 to 14 with process temperatures from –15 to +80°C (Application A) or 0 to +135°C (Application B) and process pressure of 0.8 to 11 bar absolute.

The CPS61E is the specialist for hygienic and sterile applications in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and food industries. It features an ion trap for long-term stable reference and special glass membrane resistant to CIP/SIP cleaning and autoclaving up to 140°C. The sensor provides pH 0 to 14 measurement with process temperature of 0 to 100°C (up to 140°C for sterilization) and process pressure of 0.8 to 7 bar absolute. It holds USP Class VI biocompatibility certification, FDA compliance for wetted parts, and VO 1935/2004 compliance.

The CPS71E is engineered for chemical processes with rapidly changing pH values and high proportions of electrode poisons such as H2S. Its special ion trap prevents poisoning of the junction and reference, offering resistance to strong acids and bases. Measurement range is pH 0 to 14 (Application B) or pH 0 to 12 (Application H), with process temperature of 1 to 140°C and pressure of 0.8 to 14 bar absolute. An optional pressurized reference ensures reliable measurement in blocking media.

The CPS91E handles contaminated media with high suspended solids, dispersions, precipitations, or emulsions. It features an open aperture design and double gel reference, making it suitable for chemical processes, pulp and paper industry, and flue gas cleaning. Measurement range is pH 0 to 14 with process temperature of 0 to 110°C and pressure of 0.8 to 14 bar absolute.
