The CPA450 offers three immersion depth options: 100 mm, 250 mm, and 700 mm, allowing flexible selection based on specific tank or pipe dimensions. Wetted materials are available in stainless steel 1.4404, Alloy C22, and Titanium 3.7035 to suit different corrosive media requirements. Process connection options include G 1¼” external thread, NPT 1¼” external thread, DN 32 PN 16 flange, and ANSI 1¼” flange. Seal materials can be selected from EPDM, Viton (FPM), or Kalrez (FFKM) / PTFE depending on the application.
The assembly accommodates sensors with 12 mm diameter and 120 mm length, including standard gel electrodes and ISFET sensors. It is equipped with a G ¼ rinse connection for convenient sensor rinsing during maintenance. The process temperature range is –15 to +130 °C, with a maximum process pressure of 12 bar (at 100 °C). A safety kit is strongly recommended for pressures exceeding 4 bar to ensure operational safety.
For installation, the assembly should preferably be mounted upright, with a minimum installation angle of 15° to the horizontal. A complete measuring system consists of the CPA450 assembly, a 120 mm pH/ORP sensor (such as Orbisint CPS11D), a transmitter (such as Mycom S CPM153), and a measuring cable (such as CYK10).
