The overall beer saccharificationsection is composed of crushing system, gelatinization, saccharification,filter, boiling, sediment, cooing and CIP system:

1. Control of crushing system
Adjustment of wheat steeping watertemperature and flow: detection and adjustment of malt and rice feeding water;
2. Control of mash copper
Selection and adjustment of temperature,steam pressure and liquid level and interlock control; detection of manholecover and low level; state, operation and stop of agitator; state, open, closeand interlock of material valve, CIP valve and blowdown valve; control of overflowpot; cascade adjustment system of mash copper;
3. Control of saccharification pot
Adjustment of temperature, steampressure and liquid level and interlock control; manhole cover and low level;state, fast and slow operation and stop of agitator; state, open, close andinterlock of material valve, CIP valve and blowdown valve;
4. Control of combined mash
State, operation and stop of mashcombining pump; state, open, close and interlock of material valve and blowdownvalve;
5. Control of filter tank
